I love Recipes for the Ride 2. This is a work of love that began as a family history for her children, and then turned into a "share with everyone" publication. I have been fortunate to be a friend of this author for many years - running along side of her. The recipes are tried and true and delicious. Best of all, they are "user friendly." The great photography helps you accomplish the lovely presentation. Go for it!!
